This means take each dose at least 2 hours before eating or 2 hours after. You should swallow the tablets whole. Never chew, crush, or cut them. Many people will have side effects. Common side effects include nausea, constipation, and shortness of breath. Some people will have bleeding, muscle or joint pain, and mouth sores. You may also feel tired or dizzy. You should wait until you know how it affects you before you do activities that require you to be alert, like driving. You should talk to your health care team about which symptoms to watch for, and when to report them. They will help you manage them. If these or other side effects become reasons you want to stop taking this medicine, please talk to your doctor or pharmacist. As with any medicine, rare but more serious side effects can occur. With Inquovi, this can include low blood cell counts. You should read the patient information sheet to know which symptoms to watch for and when to report changes. To help keep this medicine safe for you, your doctor will follow your condition closely and will order blood tests. Invoqi can interact with other medicines. Women and men must talk to their doctors about which birth control methods to use and for how long. Women should not breastfeed.
