This is Skyrizi. It is used to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Skyrizi helps to block a type of inflammatory signal in your immune system. Skyrizi keeps psoriasis under control and helps to clear the skin. 
 
Skyrizi is given as an injection under the skin, with a very thin needle. After your first two doses, this medicine is usually given every 12 weeks. You should use it exactly as your doctor tells you to. You should read the 'Instructions for Use' for full information. Before giving a dose at home, you should demonstrate an injection to your doctor, so you feel confident. Also, you will learn how to rotate injection sites and how to dispose of syringes. Most people tolerate this medicine well. Common side effects include feeling tired, headaches, and redness or tenderness at the injection site. Respiratory and fungal infections are also common but can be serious. Tell your doctor right away if you have symptoms of an infection such as fever, chills, or muscle aches. If these or other side effects become reasons you want to stop taking this medicine, please talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
As with any medicine, rare but more serious side effects can occur. With Skyrizi, this can include an increased risk for serious infections. You should read the medication guide to know which symptoms to watch for and when to report changes. To help keep this medicine safe for you, your doctor will follow your condition closely and may order blood tests.
