Some people will also have swelling in their hands and feet, and an increase in blood pressure. These effects are normal if they are mild and should go away. As with any medicine, rare but serious side effects could occur. With Nulojix, this includes an increased risk of serious post-transplant conditions. While taking this medicine, you may be more at risk for getting serious infections or for developing certain types of cancer.
