Common side effects include a loss of appetite, nausea, stomach pain and indigestion. Others include trouble sleeping, anxiety, irritability and feeling a little dizzy. These effects are normal if they are mild and should go away. Doctors will check for increases in blood pressure and heart rate. They will also make sure children keep growing.
