This is Complera. It helps keep HIV infection under control. Complera contains three medications in each tablet. People with HIV have a better quality of life and are living longer than ever before. 
Complera is often taken one time each day. It must be taken with a meal. You should take it exactly how your doctor tells you to.

Most people tolerate Complera well. Common side effects include a headache, dizziness, tiredness, trouble sleeping, nausea, and diarrhea. You should wait until you know how this medicine affects you before doing activities that require you to be alert, like driving. These effects are normal if they are mild, and should go away. If this or other side effects become reasons you want to stop taking this medicine, please talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

As with any medication, more serious side effects can occur. With Complera, this includes a severe skin rash, allergic reactions, and depression. Other rare effects are also possible. You should read the 'Patient Information Guide' to know what to watch for. To help keep this medicine safe for you, your doctor will follow your condition closely.

Complera could cause a flare up of hepatitis B if you already have it. To prevent this, you must not miss doses or stop taking it, unless your doctor says it is okay.

Drug interactions can occur. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking other medicines or herbal remedies.

While taking this medicine, you must still take precautions to prevent spreading HIV to others. 

Women should talk to their doctors before becoming pregnant or breastfeeding.
